For a faster resolution of your request and to avoid follow-up clarification requests, please describe the situation clearly and in detail. We recommend including the following information:
- the domain, page (link, URL) or IP address concerned;
- a description of the issue;
- screenshots and/or relevant evidence;
- any applicable legal references.
Single point of contact for terrorist content online (TCO)
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/784 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2021 on addressing the dissemination of terrorist content online, MyHostway provides a single point of contact for direct communication with the competent authorities of the EU Member States, including the competent authorities of Romania.
Requests, removal orders, notifications and any other official communications regarding terrorist content online hosted through services provided by MyHostway may be sent to: info[at]myhostway.com. This point of contact is available exclusively for communications under Regulation (EU) 2021/784 and applicable legislation in this field.
