Parties

The website myhostway.com is operated by Webnet Solutions SRL. Colocation, dedicated servers, and VPS are provided under the commercial offer and service agreement with the customer.

Use of the website

Information on the site is provided for general guidance. Prices and specifications may change; binding offers are confirmed on order. Abusive use of the site or infrastructure is prohibited.

Services

Availability, support, and technical limits are defined in the service contract and technical documentation. The customer is responsible for hosted content and compliance with applicable law.

Billing

Fees are quoted in EUR unless stated otherwise. Late payment may lead to suspension under the contract.

Governing law

Romanian law applies where permitted for customers in Romania. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; competent courts in Romania apply unless otherwise agreed.
